1. Introduction

Welcome to the ADIBOOK Instructor App (“App”, “Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the app and services provided by ADIBOOK (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using the ADIBOOK Instructor App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

• Be a licensed driving instructor with a valid instructor ID.
• Provide accurate registration details.
• Comply with all applicable driving regulations in your country.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide correct information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

As an instructor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate availability for student bookings.
• Conduct lessons professionally and safely.
• Follow all local driving laws and regulations.
• Respect student privacy and not misuse their personal information.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your qualifications.

5. Payments & Earnings

• Instructors are paid based on completed lessons.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• ADIBOOK may deduct service fees as stated in the app.
• ADIBOOK is not responsible for disputes between instructors and students regarding payments outside the app.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: If an instructor cancels a lesson, students may receive a refund or reschedule.
• Late Cancellations: Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
• No-Show Policy: If an instructor fails to attend a scheduled lesson, ADIBOOK reserves the right to withhold payments or take action against the instructor’s account.

7. Prohibited Activities

Instructors must not:

• Use the app for illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against students.
• Share, sell, or misuse students’ personal data.
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• ADIBOOK is a platform connecting instructors and students and does not provide driving lessons directly.
• We do not guarantee the success of any student’s driving test.
• Instructors are responsible for their own vehicle insurance, licenses, and compliance with driving laws.
• ADIBOOK is not liable for any accidents, disputes, or damages that occur during lessons.

9. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Receive multiple complaints from students.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.
